Our Team

Our Pastor, Randy LaVere, has dedicated his life to reading, researching and understanding the Word of God. His passion and dedication to the knowledge of the Word is what makes him the engaging Preacher we know him as. Randy believes in the Holy Spirit and that if you have breath you have purpose! 

Randy began working as a pastor when he was asked in 2004, by his grandfather and mentor,  Bishop Jim Hoskins, to be the associate pastor of Faith Full Gospel Church in Beanblossom, Indiana. He went on to further his education and attended World Harvest Bible College and graduated in 2005. Bishop Jim Hoskins, passed Randy the mantle to become the full-time pastor of Faith Full Gospel Church (now known as This Is That Full Gospel Church) on Palm Sunday 2024, where he and his wife, Amanda LaVere, currently sit.

Randy is the author of three self-published books: Faith, Freedom From Fear (2005); The Power of the Word (2018); and, Armored & Dangerous (2021). Randy formerly hosted a podcast called Daily Faith Podcast in 2018. He is also a Combat Infantry Veteran and board member of the Veteran Non-Profit, Mission 22. 

In his free time, Randy enjoys reading and studying the Word of God, riding his motorcycle, mushroom hunting and spending time with his wife and two children.
